Early Access Terms

These terms apply to the TechHireHQ website, early access request form and interactive demo. By submitting a request or using the interactive demo, you acknowledge these terms. Submitting an early access request does not subscribe you to optional product news; separate consent is required for that.
1. About the project
TechHireHQ is currently being developed as an independent early-stage product and is not operated through a registered legal entity. In these terms, “TechHireHQ”, “we” and “the project” refer to the independent project operating under the TechHireHQ name.
2. Early access requests
Submitting a request is free, does not create an obligation to purchase the product and does not guarantee admission, access, launch timing, availability of features or preservation of any demo state. We may onboard teams gradually based on current product readiness, how closely a use case matches the direction of development and our ability to provide appropriate support. Early access may not be available in every country or region.
3. User eligibility
The early access form and interactive demo are intended for adults acting in a professional or business context. By submitting the form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to use the submitted contact details.
4. Product status
TechHireHQ is at an early stage of development. Product capabilities, interface, pricing, limits, availability and launch timelines may change without notice. Website and demo materials describe the current direction of development and do not constitute a commitment to deliver every displayed feature without modification.
5. Interactive demo
The interactive demo is provided only to preview the intended TechHireHQ workflow. It uses synthetic profiles, CVs, answers, metrics and analytics. The demo is not a production hiring system and is not intended for real hiring, storage of real CVs or processing of candidate personal information.
6. Hiring decisions
TechHireHQ does not make final hiring decisions. Planned AI features are intended to analyse available information, explain findings, identify gaps and prepare interview materials. They do not replace professional team judgment. Responsibility for invitations, rejections, hiring and other decisions always remains with the users of the product.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the website or demo, circumvent technical restrictions or security measures, use automated requests that create excessive load, submit malicious code or use forms for spam. Do not submit real CVs, candidate personal data, passwords, trade secrets, credentials or other confidential information. Do not use demo results for real hiring decisions.
8. Feedback
You may voluntarily submit comments, ideas and product suggestions. By submitting feedback, you allow us to use it for research, design and improvement of TechHireHQ without an obligation to implement the suggestion or provide compensation. Do not include materials that you are not entitled to share.
9. Intellectual property
The TechHireHQ name, website design, text, software code, demonstration data, graphics and other project materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Using the website does not transfer ownership of these materials. Normal website viewing and sharing the public demo for product evaluation are permitted.
10. Availability and restriction of access
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the website, demo or early access programme without prior notice. We may also reject a request or restrict access in cases of abuse, violation of these terms, technical risk or inability to support the proposed use case.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and interactive demo are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, accuracy of demonstration findings or suitability for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the project is not liable for decisions based on demonstration materials, temporary unavailability or loss of information that should not have been submitted through the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Privacy and communications
Processing of information submitted through the website is described in the Privacy Notice. By submitting a request, you acknowledge that you have reviewed that notice. Optional product news requires separate marketing consent and is not included simply because you joined the early access list.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the project, product capabilities or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with the effective date and version identifier shown above. Updated terms apply to future website use and new requests after publication.
