By joining the TechHire Inbox waitlist or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Waitlist participation
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product. We reserve the right to determine the order and eligibility of early access. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of your access status.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit false or misleading information, attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures, use our service for spamming or bulk data collection or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
3. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks and software associated with TechHire Inbox are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.
4. Limitation of liability
TechHire Inbox is provided on an as-is basis during the waitlist period. We make no warranties about availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect waitlist members.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TechHire Inbox is registered. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
