TechHireHQ is an early-stage product concept and waitlist website for an AI Hiring Inbox for technical teams. This notice explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

This notice applies to visitors of this website and people who submit the TechHireHQ waitlist form. TechHireHQ is currently a waitlist — there is no live product or active data processing beyond what is described here.

When you join the waitlist, we collect: your work email, name, role, company size, current candidate sourcing channels, types of technical roles you hire for and an optional additional contact. We may also collect basic, non-identifying website analytics such as page views, referral source, browser type and approximate region.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to: manage the waitlist and prioritize early access, understand demand and validate the product concept, contact you about early access openings and product updates, and improve this website. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers for website hosting, form processing, analytics, email delivery and database storage. These providers are only given access to the data they need to perform their service.

5. Your rights
